Timber Frame Pavilion Built for Poolside Living

Most backyards with a pool are missing one thing - a spot that actually pulls people together. That's exactly what we built here. A full timber frame pavilion right off the pool deck. Heavy timber posts, traditional knee braces, and exposed ridge framing up top - all done in fresh-cut lumber with that natural look you just can't fake with a kit structure from a big box store.

The metal roof is what makes this thing work year-round. Clean standing seam panels shed rain fast and hold up without the maintenance headaches that come with shingles or fabric covers. Under that roof, the tongue-and-groove ceiling decking gives it a finished, warm feel that makes the whole space feel intentional - not like an afterthought bolted onto the property.

What we love about timber frame work is that the structure itself is the design. There's nothing to hide. The joinery is out in the open, the wood grain is visible, and the whole thing ages beautifully over time.
